Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used bait

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final sale or clearance merchandise

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, please contact us directly so we can assist you without additional shipping charges.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@berkley-fishingdepot.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging if applicable

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if needed.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
